The Approach

Jagdeep Chadha, LPC brings a rare dual perspective to concierge therapy. Columbia-trained with dual master’s degrees in Psychological Counseling (Columbia University, 2004), he spent seventeen years in senior higher education leadership — most recently as Executive Director of Student Affairs at the University of Houston. Having sat in the executive seat himself, he understands from the inside what responsibility, institutional complexity, and sustained high performance demand of a person. That lived perspective informs every session.

Licensed as a Professional Counselor since 2017, Jagdeep transitioned to full-time private practice in 2020 to focus on work with high-performing professionals. His clinical approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and contemplative practices from Zen, Taoism, and Yoga — all tailored specifically to you.

The focus is not just on coping. It’s on building the inner resilience, clarity, and purpose that allow you to lead and live at your highest level.
